摘要
目的:探讨加强静脉输液巡回对眼科住院患者满意度的影响。方法:对300例眼科住院患者随机分成观察组与对照组,并调查总结比较。结果:观察组患者满意度100.00%,对照组患者满意度84.00%。结论:切实加强静脉输液巡回能有效提高眼科住院患者满意度。
Objective To explore the influence of strengthen intravenous infusion tour for ophthalmology hospital patient satisfaction.Method 300 ophthalmology hospital patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and concludes and comparison. Results Patient satisfaction was 100% in the experimental group,patient satisfaction was 84. 0% in the control group. Conclusion To strengthen intravenous infusion tour can effectively increase the ophthalmology hospital patient satisfaction.
