摘要
为优化蛋壳表面微生物检测方法,运用回归分析法,研究洗蛋转速、洗蛋温度和洗蛋时间对蛋壳表面细菌总数的影响,并对其检测参数进行优化。结果表明,采用数显气浴恒温振荡器处理,用移液枪取样,操作简单且重复性好;蛋壳表面被洗下的细菌总数与各试验因子之间存在显著的线性关系,回归方程为Y=-37.3794+6.7853x;蛋壳表面微生物检测的最佳参数为转速100 r/min、温度40℃、时间40 min。
In order to optimize the microbial detection methods of the eggshell,the effects of rotation rate,washing temperature and washing time in egg cleaning on total number of bacteria on eggshell were studied and the testing parameters were optimized by regression analysis method. The results showed that the experiment adopted digital display gas processing,bath thermostat oscillator with liquid sampling gun could achieve simple operation and good repeatability;total number of washed bacteria on eggshell was significantly linear with experimental factor,the regression equation was Y=37.3794+6.7853x;the detecting parameters for bacteria on eggshell as followed:rotation rate was 100 r/min,washing temperature was 40 ℃,and washing time was 40 min.
