摘要
随着住宅工业化标准体系完善工作的推进,对标准化管理体系的研究也愈加重要。基于一般的工程建设项目的 WBS,按工厂与现场不同的生产、组装作业内容,扩展了工业化住宅产品系统工艺工程一级工厂化、二级工厂化、三级工厂和现场安装阶段四个阶段的内容,并以标准的表格形式对这四个阶段实现WBS工作分解。
As the housing industrialized standard system is improved, the study of standardizationmanagement system is also more and more important. Based on WBS of the general engineeringconstruction project, according to the different production.assembly work content in factory and in site,the paper add to the four stages of process engineering of industrialized housing system which containslevel 1 factory, level 2 factory, level 3 factory and on-site installation phase, and achieve the WBSwork breakdown of which In the form of standard form.
