设计-施工一体化承包模式是一种新型的工程发包和管理模式,这种模式可通过设计、施工的有效分工与合作,在设计与施工环节形成交叉、互动、互补、优化的工作机制。北京化工六厂小区工程应用该模式,取得了缩短工期、保证质量、降低造价和提高技术水平的效果。
＂Design-construction＂ integrative contracting is a new mode for engineering out-contracting and management. This mode could successfully establish crossed, interactive, complementaryand optimized working system during design and construction. This mode is used in Beijing HualiuCommunity project to successfully shorten the construction period, ensure the construction quality, reducethe investment and improve the technical level. But there are still some problems existing in suchcontracting mode.
