涉水区域玻化砖饰面粘结性能影响因素研究

Study on Factors Influencing Bonding Performance of Vitrified Brick Finishing in Wading Areas

通过实验分别讨论了防水材料、粘结材料和界面材料对玻化砖饰面粘结性能的影响,结果表明防水材料选用水泥基防水材料、粘结材料选用专用瓷砖粘结剂,并预先对玻化砖进行界面处理,可改善玻化砖饰面的粘结性能;尤其防水型界面剂不仅可以大幅提高粘结强度,还可有效避免玻化砖粘贴后因长期浸水或冻融循环导致的质量问题。此外,还从界面处理、胶粘剂搅拌、铺贴工艺等方面探讨了玻化砖饰面系统质量的控制措施。

This article discusses influem＇es of waterproofing material, bonding material and interface material on bondingperflrmanee of vitrified brick finishing by lesls. The resttlts show that bonding peormanee of vitritied brick finishing can beimproved by cement based waterproofing, special ceramic tile adhesive and interface pre-treatmenl. Especially, watetlroofinginterlace agenatl not only improve bonding slrenglh but also awfid quality problems afler long term immersion or freezillg-thawing cycle. Besides, this article also investigates quality eonlrol measures of vitrified brick finishing from interllletreatment, adhesive mixing and paving process.
