摘要
提出了一种新型的复合式双电压永磁同步发电机。分析了该电机的基本结构、基本原理。采用解析法计算了电机每相绕组电感,并对其进行了有限元验证。计算了空载感应电压,通过有限元软件分析了空载和额定时气隙磁密分布,计算了在不同的电枢电流情况下的电磁转矩和铁耗,并与同功率的常规永磁电机性能进行了对比,仿真结果证明了设计方案的可行,复合式结构并没有影响电机性能。对该电机进行分析计算时可以看作共用定子铁心的内、外转子电机。电机性能良好,对同类的复合式永磁同步电动机设计提供一定的参考。
A kind of the combined dual voltage permanent magnet generator was presented. The basic principle and the structure were analyzed. The inductances of windings were calculated by analytic method and proved by the finite element method. The no-load and rated-load air gap flux densities were analyzed by analysis software. The electromagnetic torque and the iron loss of the motor at different armature currents were calculated and compared with the traditional permanent magnet motor with same power. The simulation results and comparison proves that the design is feasible and the composite structure has no influence on motor's performance. The motor can be regarded as the combination of two traditional inner and outer permanent magnet machines sharing a common stator core when calculating and analyzing. The combined dual voltage permanent magnet generator can get good performance and it provides a reference for the design of this kind of machine.
