集中绕组弧形直线感应电机性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对分布绕组弧形直线感应电机端部绕组过长、用铜量较大、端部电阻较大,所占空间较多等缺点,采用一种集中绕组弧形直线感应电机结构。在其他参数相同的前提下,改变电机绕组的连接方式,对其端部绕组长度及所占空间进行计算,分别建立有限元模型,分析对比不同绕组结构电机处于空载、负载和指定转速状态下的定子铜耗、电流的大小及机械特性。结果表明,与分布绕组弧形直线感应电机相比,集中绕组弧形直线感应电机端部绕组长度减少10.93%,绕组所占空间减少66.12%;不同状态下定子电流最大可减小49.3%,铜耗最大减小35.5%;转差率相等时转矩减小53.98%。 Aiming at longer end-winding,bigger end-resistor,larger volume and more copper needed by the end-wingding of distributed winding arc-shaped linear induction motor,therefore,a concentrated winding arc-shaped linear induction motor was adopted in this paper. On the premise of the same other parameters,several finite element models of motors with different winding types were established to analyze the magnitude of stator copper loss,value of coil current and mechanical character on the states of no load,load and specified speed. According to the statistics,compared with distributed winding arc-shaped linear induction motor,the end-winding's length of concentrated winding arc-shaped linear induction motor downs by 10. 93% with less space of 66. 12%; the value of it's stator current decreases up to 49. 3% and the magnitude of it's copper loss reduce up by 35. 5% under various states; as well as the value of it's output torque falls by 53.98% with same slip ratio.
