混合励磁爪极电机起动发电系统控制策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着汽车用电需求的增大,汽车爪极发电机功率有了很大提高,就可以利用爪极电机增加电动功能构建起动/发电系统以减小汽车怠速时燃油消耗和污染物排放。针对爪极电机漏磁大、起动转矩小等问题,提出在电机爪极间隙增加永磁体搭建混合励磁爪极电机起动/发电系统。分析了该电机电动、发电驱动原理,给出了电动、发电控制策略。对起动/发电系统运行过程进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明混合励磁爪极电机起动/发电系统能够提供较大转矩带动发动机起动,发电运行时有很好的调压控制性能以及较宽的转速范围。 With the increasing demand for electricity on automobile, the power of the claw pole generator on automobile has been greatly increased. Thus the claw pole generator can be used as a starter. And a starter/generator system can be achieved based on the claw pole generator, which contributes to idle-stop, thus reducing the energy consumption and pollutant emission of the traditional vehicle in non-driving state. Considering the large magnetic flux leakage and small starting torque of claw pole machine, permanent magnets were mounted into the gap between the claw poles of the machine, thereby the hybrid excitation claw pole machine (HECPM) starter/generator system was built. Based on the analysis of driving principle of this machine in both motor mode and generator mode, the control strategies of both motor mode and generator mode were presented. The operation process of the starter/generator system was simulated. Simulation results show that sufficient torque can be provided by the HECPM starter/generator system to start the engine. In addition, a desirable voltage control performance and a wide speed range can be achieved in the generator mode.
