摘要
无轴承永磁薄片电机由于永磁转子的特殊性,不仅具有无轴承电机的优点而且可以实现3个自由度(1个轴向自由度和2个扭转自由度)的被动悬浮,使得控制系统更加简单。在论述无轴承永磁薄片电机被动悬浮和径向主动悬浮机理的基础上,对无轴承永磁薄片电机的电机结构、控制策略、传感器检测技术等方面的国内外研究现状以及未来的发展趋势进行了归纳与总结。
Because of the special characteristics of the slice permanent magnet rotor,a bearingless permanent magnet slice motor(BPSM) not only has the merits of bearingless motors but also realizes.The three freedom(axial displacement and tilting) stabilized passively by reluctance force,which simplify the control system.The principle of the passive suspension and the radical active suspension of the BPSM were introduced firstly.Then the research status and the future development were discussed and concluded including the motor topology,control strategy,sensors detection technology and so on.
