摘要
为了提高音圈电机伺服系统的控制性能,设计了基于集成功率器件和现场可编程门阵列的PWM功率驱动器。采用LMD18200作为电机驱动器,设计了开关型功率驱动电路。以FPGA为控制核心,采用Verilog HDL硬件编程方法,实现了数字控制器的模块化设计。实验结果表明,在PWM功率驱动器的作用下,电流环快速跟踪电流变化,音圈电机伺服系统满足系统性能要求。
A PWM power driver was designed based on an integrated power device and a field programmable gate array. LMD18200 was used as the motor driver to design the switch type power drive circuit. With FPGA as the control core,the modular design of the digital controller was realized by means of the Verilog HDL hardware programming method. The experimental result indicates that the current loop can track fast the change of current value under the working condition of the PWM power driver,and that the servo system of voice coil motor meets requirements of system performance.
