摘要
对某低品位铁矿石进行了选矿试验研究。通过对矿样进行探索试验,最终以阶段磨矿阶段磁选-磁选铁精矿一粗一精浮选脱硫的联合流程,获得铁精矿产率11.75%、品位63.21%、回收率63.53%的指标。其杂质含量低于工业指标要求,并且矿物中V2O5在铁精矿中有较好富集,品位为0.83%,回收率大于80%。
Mineral processing experiments were conducted for a low-grade iron ore. Based on a trial test study,a combined flowsheet consisting of staged-grinding and staged magnetic separation combined with a flotation process with one roughing and one cleaning for desulfurization of iron concentrate from magnetic separation was adopted,resulted in the final iron concentrate with grade of 63. 21% at a recovery of 63. 53% with yield of 11. 75%. The impurity content in the iron concentrate is lower than the commercial standards,also the iron concentrate with V2O5 grade at 0. 83% with a recovery over 80% showed a good enrichment of vanadium obtained.
