摘要
行政管理层的"激励约束"问题是影响高等学校体制效率和事业发展的重要问题。明晰省属高等学校行政管理中的"激励约束"问题,通过制度化的措施积极解决行政管理中的突出问题,及时纠正行政管理中的不良风气非常重要。针对我国省属高等学校的行政管理工作,文章剖析了有效"激励约束"制度缺失下的突出问题,提出了完善行政管理人员"激励约束"制度的政策建议。
The incentive constraint problem of administration in higher education is an important issue that affects college institution's efficiency and its development. It is very essential to clarify incentive constraint problems in higher education's administration and we should make use of appropriate measures to resolve the incentive constraint problems. Resolving incentive constraint problem in higher education is also a very important way to correct unhealthy trends in college's administration. Therefore,this article analyzes the outstanding issues of administration in provincial universities when lacking perfect incentive constraint system. Finally,some policy recommendations are provided in order to improve the incentive constraint system in higher education's administration.
