我国高校扩招的人力资本横向积累效应

Effect of Transverse Human Capital Accumulation by China's University Enrollment

人力资本积累是经济增长的源泉。然而,经典人力资本理论只阐述了人力资本的纵向积累模型,近年来我国高等教育的快速扩张则产生了一定的人力资本横向积累效应。由于我国人力资本构成的数量特征明显,规模庞大且逐年递增的大学毕业生所产生的人力资本横向积累效应主要体现在生产要素投入方面。它不仅具有明显的经济增量作用和经济信号作用,而且对新型城镇化建设、经济均衡发展、转变发展方式等均有重要的直接影响。

The accumulation of human capital is the source of economic growth. However,the classical theory of human capital only describes a longitudinal accumulation model of human capital. In recent years,the rapid expansion of higher education in China brings horizontal human capital accumulation effect. By the characters of human capital structure,which have great quantity,but quality is not highly relative. It not only has the obvious effect on economic increment and economic signal function,but also on the development of new town construction,economic equilibrium,and an important change in mode of development etc.
