高校思想政治教育队伍建设的历史考察与时代启示——以建国初期为例

Historical Investigation and Contemporary Enlightenment of the Construction of Ideological and Political Education's Team in Colleges—— with the Early Years of the Republic as an Example

从1949年至1956年,全国高校基本形成了在党委统一领导下校长负责,各级党团组织、学生会等部门和政治理论课教师、辅导员互相配合,共同开展大学生思想政治教育工作的制度。纵观建国初期高校思想政治教育队伍建设,有许多行之有效的工作方法与举措值得借鉴:坚持和完善党对高校思想政治教育的领导,坚定大学生思想政治教育的正确方向;构筑专兼职结合、人员合理流动的科学化模式,激活高校思想政治教育的人才资源;建立健全领导体制和工作机制,形成高校思想政治教育的整体合力;优化思想政治课教师队伍,增强高校思想政治理论课的教育效果。

From 1949 to 1956,the National Colleges formed basically the ideological and political education system which multiple forces functioned together,such as,principal responsibility under the unified leadership of the Party committees,Party organizations at all levels,the student union and other departments,political theory teachers,counselors,cooperating with each other. Throughout the college ideological and political education team building in the early years of the Republic,there are many effective methods of work and initiatives worthy of reference： we must uphold and improve Party leadership in the ideological and political education,and strengthen the correct direction from ideological and political education in colleges; we must construct the scientific mode of personnel＇s rational flow and combination of full- time and part- time,and activate the talent resources of ideological and political education in colleges; we must establish and improve the leadership system and working mechanism,and form the whole force of ideological and political education in colleges; we must optimize the teacher team of ideological and political lesson,and enhance the education effect of ideological and political course in colleges.
