摘要
在高等职业教育领域,基于工作过程系统化理论的课程设计,使学生的学习紧紧围绕职业的工作过程进行,对于学生职业能力的提高有直接的作用。工作过程系统化课程设计的模式为:明确课程的职业定位;分析该职业的工作过程及学习领域;设计课程的学习情境及学习任务。工作过程系统化课程体现了职业工作过程,使教师的教和学生的学更加积极有效。
In the field of Higher Vocational Education, curriculum design based on the theory of systematizing work procedures, which enables students' learning contents closely related to the working procedures, has a positive benefit to students' development of vocational skills. In this study, the writer presents the ways to bind together the curriculum and the systematization of the working procedures by identifying the occupation that this curriculum intends to focus, specifying the academic domains that students must master to qualify the occupation and describing the learning scenarios in each academic domain. Such curriculum design that embodies the systematization of working procedures makes both teachers ' teaching and students' learning more effective.
