广东省房地产专业中高职衔接三二分段问题探讨

Research on the Three-two Section of Secondary-higher Vocational Education Linking of Real Estate Major in Guangdong

在我国不断有序地推进三二分段中高职衔接试点工作的环境下,分析了广东省房地产专业中高职衔接三二分段的必要性和可行性,并对院校衔接、专业衔接、培养目标衔接、课程衔接和学生管理衔接等五个方面内容进行了研究,探索了广东省房地产专业中高职衔接三二分段应坚持的原则、面临的问题和解决的措施,以期更好地培养适应广东省房地产行业发展的高素质技术技能型人才。

At present, orderly progress was constantly made in the three-two section of secondary-higher vocational education linking pilot work in our country, this thesis analyze the necessity and feasibility of the three-two section of secondary-higher vocational education linking of the real estate major in Guangdong province, and it also research the linking contents from five aspects, they are higher vocational college and secondary vocational school linking, major linking, talents training aim linking, course linking and student management linking. In order to preferably training the high skilled talents who adapt to the Guangdong real estate industry development, this thesis explore the principles should insist,the problems may face to and the countermeasures when the three-two section of secondary-higher vocational education linking pilot work was made in the real estate major of Guangdong province.
