波生坦片联合西地那非治疗儿童左向右分流型先天性心脏病术后残留肺动脉高压31例临床评价

Clinical Evaluation on Bosentan Tablet Combined with Sildenafil for Treating Postoperative Residual Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension in Child Left-to-Right Shunt Congenital Heart Disease on 31 Cases

目的探讨左向右分流型先天性心脏病(CHD)术后残留肺动脉高压(PAH)的临床治疗方法。方法选取左向右分流型CHD术后残留PAH患儿62例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组给予西地那非治疗,观察组在其基础上加用波生坦片治疗。结果观察组肺动脉高压状态明显改善,优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组较治疗前心功能分级改善Ⅰ级的患儿占90.32%,优于对照组的70.97%(P<0.05)。结论波生坦片联合西地那非治疗儿童左向右分流型CHD术后残留PAH疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment method of postoperative residual pulmonary arterial hypertension（ PAH） in left-to-right shunt congenital heart disease（ CHD）. Methods 62 cases of postoperative residual PAH in left-to-right shunt CHD were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 31 cases in each. The control group was given the sildenafil therapy,while on this basis the observation group was added with Bosentan Tablets. Result s The PAH after treatment in the observation group was significantly improved,moreover the effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）; the children cases with the heart function improved 1 grade in the observation group accounted for 90. 32%, which was superior to 70. 97% in the control group, the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Bosentan Tablets combined with sildenafil has significant effect in the treatment of postoperative residual PAH in child left-to-right shunt CHD.
