Analysis of Antidepressants Use in Our Hospital during 2011-2013

目的了解医院抗抑郁药的应用现状,分析抗抑郁药的用药特点,预测用药趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用限定日剂量(DDD)法,对2011年至2013年抗抑郁药的用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等指标进行统计和分析。结果抗抑郁药应用总金额和DDDs逐年上升,新型抗抑郁药的应用更为广泛。选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRI)和选择性5-羟色胺及去甲肾上腺素再摄取双重抑制剂(SNRI)的应用这3年中占主导地位。结论新型抗抑郁药己成为临床的首选用药,得到医患的普遍认可。

Objective To understand the application status quo of the antidepressants in our hospital,to analyze the medication characteristics,and to forecast the medication trends so as to provide a reference for promoting rational clinical drug use. Methods The defined daily dose（ DDD） method was adopted,the use amount,frequency of drug use（ DDDs） and average daily costs（ DDC） of antidepressants in our hospital during 2011-2013 were statistically analyzed. Results The total consumption sum of antidepressants and DDDs were raised year by year, the new type antidepressants were used more widely. The selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor（ SSRI）and serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor（ SNRI） were predominant in these 3 years. Conclusion The new type antidepressants have become the drug of choice in clinical practice,which are generally recognized by both doctors and patients.
