间充质干细胞治疗放射性肺损伤的进展 被引量:3

摘要 肺作为对放射线敏感的器官之一,在受到一定剂量的放射线照射后,会出现肺组织的放射损伤。它是放射治疗中导致的最为常见并发症之一,制约放射治疗的开展。目前临床上仍然缺少对于治疗放射后肺纤维化有效的药物及手段。放射性肺损伤的病理变化,是以肺泡为主要受损部位的渐进的动态过程,肺泡上皮细胞一直被认为是重要的效应细胞。
