噻托溴铵在支气管扩张伴阻塞性通气障碍患者中应用价值探讨被引量：12

摘要目的观察噻托溴铵对支气管扩张伴阻塞性通气障碍患者的临床疗效。方法选自我院住院和门诊稳定期支气管扩张伴阻塞性通气障碍患者38例,使用噻托溴铵粉吸入剂18μg 1次/d吸入治疗,分别在治疗前,治疗3月后评估患者肺功能、6分钟步行距离(6MWT)、呼吸困难评分(m MRC)及圣·乔治呼吸评分(SGRQ)。结果噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗后患者深吸气量(IC%)较治疗前显著增加(P<0.05);治疗后患者6MWT距离显著增加(P<0.05);治疗后患者m MRC评分显著下降(P<0.05);治疗后患者SGRQ评分显著降低(P<0.05)。结论噻托溴铵能显著改善患者IC%,提高运动耐力,改善呼吸困难指数,提高生活质量。
