The Employment Bottleneck and Breakthrough about the Migrant Workers of New Generation

新生代农民工与其第一代农民工相比,有了新的特点和新的诉求,他们在就业过程中仍面临着职业不稳定,职业培训不到位,职业介绍不规范,社会保险不力等问题,解决这些问题需要从户籍制度改革着手,采取措施逐步规范职业指导和职业介绍制度,创建服务于农民的失业保险制度,在政策和金融上为返乡的新生代农民工提供更多的就业机会和支持,对他们的维权给予更多的经费支持。

Compared with the first generation of migrant workers,the new generation of migrant workers have new characteristics and new demands.During the process of employment,they are still facing the following questions：career is not stable;professional training is not in place;the occupation introduction is not standard;and social insurance is not in place.To solve these problems firstly,it is necessary to reform the household register system,to take measures to standardize vocational guidance and employment system gradually,to create the unemployment insurance system to serve the farmers,to provide more employment opportunities and support on policy and financial for the new generation of migrant workers returning to the hometown,and to give more financial support to hold on their rights.
