大学生幸福感及其影响因素研究——基于马鞍山市本科高校的调查分析

Study on the College Students' Sense of Happiness and its Influencing Factors——Based on Investigation and Analysis of Ma'anshan Universities

基于马斯洛需求层次理论,建立大学生幸福感影响因素综合指标体系,利用因子分析法提取幸福感影响因素的公因子,进一步构建幸福感及其影响因素的多元线性回归模型。研究结果显示,安全因素是影响大学生幸福感最主要的因素,生存因素、尊重因素和自我实现因素的影响则不显著;个人属性变量方面,除了是否是本地生源外,性别、年级、专业以及是否是重点大学等因素对于大学生幸福感影响显著。

Based on Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs theory,this paper establishes a comprehensive index system of influence factors on happiness of college students,using factor analysis to extract the factors of happiness sense,and builds multiple linear regression models about college students＇ happiness and factors.The study finds that,safety is the most important factor that affects the current college students＇ happiness sense.The influence of physiological,esteem and self-actualization factor is not significant.On the personal attribute variables,in addition to whether local students,gender,grade,major and whether it is a key university influence the sense of happiness of college students significantly.
