摘要
为满足整车轻量化和长寿命设计的要求,对重卡传动系关键部件的传动轴端面齿法兰叉进行轻量化和结构优化,利用有限元分析软件对优化前后的法兰叉模型进行应力分析,计算给出端面齿法兰叉在优化前后的应力分布云图,验证优化设计的合理性,提高疲劳寿命,减轻重量。为汽车传动系统零件及类似结构件的轻量化、结构优化提供了一种快捷且有效的解决方案。
In order to meet the vehicle lightweight and long life design requirements,light weight and optimize structure on the transmission shaft flange york,the key component of heavy truck transmission system,contrast optimization model of stress analysis by using finite element analysis,calculation the stress distribution nephogram,through the test to verify the rationality of the optimum design,improve fatigue life,reduce weight.Provide a quick and effective solution for optimizing the automotive transmission parts and similar structures.
