摘要
点火提前角控制作为发动机控制的两大主要因素之一,对发动机工作的稳定性和做功效率有着直接的影响,优化的点火提前角可以有效提高发动机的动力性和经济性。特别是在稀燃条件下工作的天然气发动机,由于点火困难,燃烧速度慢,对点火系统提出了更高的要求。本文针对采用稀燃技术的天然气发动机进行试验研究,提出了发动机在不同进气压力及不同转速下的点火提前角变化规律,并对点火提前角对发动机扭矩、燃气消耗、排温、排放等指标进行了对比分析。
The ignition advance angle control as one of the two main factors in engine control,have a direct impact on the stability and work efficiency of the engine work,the optimization of ignition advance angle can effectively improve the power and economy of engine.Especially in the natural gas engine under lean burn conditions of work,because the ignition difficulty,slow combustion speed,put forward higher requirements on the ignition system.This paper studied on the use of natural gas engine lean combustion technology,puts forward the ignition engine at different inlet pressure and different rotating speed of advance angle variation,and the ignition advance angle of the engine torque and fuel gas consumption,exhaust temperature,etc.were compared and analyzed.
