高职院校在校企深度合作中的瓶颈与突破

On the Bottleneck and Breakthrough in School-enterprise Deep Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着社会的不断进步,高职院校在校企深度合作中遇到了发展的瓶颈期,对人才培养模式进行变革,是高职院校校企深度合作模式的突破。文章主要对我国高职院校的校企深度合作模式存在的问题进行分析,并对此作出相应的创新策略,进而推动高职院校校企的深度合作。

With the progress of the society, the school-enterprise deep cooperation in higher vocational colleges meets the bottleneck period of development. Reform of the talent training mode is the breakthrough. This paper mainly focuses on the problems of school-enterprise deep cooperation mode in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward corresponding innovative strategies to promote the deep cooperation.
