摘要
创新型国家的建设和创新性人才的培养离不开人力资源的开发、利用和管理,人事考试作为现行政府人事部门及社会各行各业进行人才评价和人力资源优化配置的重要机制和手段,在人力资源的开发、利用和管理等诸多方面都具有重要作用。文章探讨了转型发展时期如何使人事考试制度科学化、规范化并不断得到创新发展,更好地发挥人事考试制度在人才优化配置中的引领作用,分析研究了新时期人事考试制度的创新途径。
The cultivation of innovative talents and the construction of an innovative country depends on the development, utilization and management of human resources. As an important mechanism and means for the talent evaluation and human resource optimizing of the current government personnel department and all walks of life, the personnel examination plays an important role in the the human resources' development, utilization, management and etc. This paper mainly discusses how to make the personnel examination system more scientific, standardized and studies the innovative ways of personnel examination system in the new period.
