近年来,随着就业形势越发严峻,如何培养适应时代特点的具有创新意识和创业能力的人才,成为高职院校教育创新面临的新问题。高校社团在培养学生创新、创业意识和能力方面发挥着不可替代的作用。文章以高职院校社团建设为出发点,寻找将学生创业能力培养与高校社团建设相融合的平衡点,探索以高职学生社团为创业能力培养的载体,使学生社团成为创新能力和创业人才培养的新阵地,为高职创业教育提供新的视角和思路。

In recent years, with more and more severe employment situation, how to cultivate talents with innovation and entrepreneurship that adapt to the characteristics of the times has become a new issue that confronts the educational innovation in vocational colleges. Societies and Associations in colleges and universities play an irreplaceable role in cultivating students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship. Taking community construction in vocational colleges as a starting point, the article explores the combination of students＇ entrepreneurship training and community construction and puts forward that students＇ associations can be the front for entrepreneurship and innovative talents training, providing a new perspective and thought for vocational entrepreneurship education.
