摘要
针对工业界金属线膨胀率测量的问题,利用夫琅和费单缝衍射可测缝宽原理,设计了一种基于虚拟仪器——Lab VIEW及数字图像处理技术的金属线膨胀率测量方法。该方法在Lab VIEW平台下,采用嵌入式温度控制器对金属的加热进行控制,同时通过CCD成像系统与Lab VIEW光强分析系统结合来测量缝宽,然后在数据统计的基础上计算出金属的线膨胀系数。通过真实平台的实验测试结果表明,此方法操作简便、测试精确度高,综合利用了热学、光学与计算机技术,有效地减小了人工读数的误差,提高了方法的实用性和精确性。
In the light of metal linear expansion coefficient measurement problems in industry,the paper de-signs a novel method for measuring metal linear expansion coefficient. The method uses Fraunhofer single slit diffraction principle,and digital image processing technology with LabVIEW. In the experiment system,we use embedded temperature controller for controlling the heating of metals. The CCD imaging system combines Lab-VIEW light intensity analysis system to measure seam width. Then,the result of linear expansion coefficient of metal can be calculated based on statistics of testing results. Through real platform test results show that this method is simple and high-precision. It combines thermodynamics,optics and computer technology to reduce the reading error of artificial and improve the usefulness and accuracy.
