摘要
With the problem of imbalance in cultural heritage protection and great pressure brought by development, China faces great challenges in both theories and practices of cultural heritage protection. In 2014, the 5-year revision of Principles J or the Conservation of Heritage Sites in China was completed. The Principles concludes the experience in cultural heritage protection since 2000. Cultural heritage protection in China today, however, has gained more meaning and requires the participation of experts and multiple stakeholders.
