The Concept of Integrity in Huai Nan Tzu and Its Contemporary Value

旨在"纪纲道德,经纬人事",为治国安邦提供理论依据的《淮南子》蕴含了丰富的廉政思想和廉政建设的内容。《淮南子》在吸收整合先秦诸子有关思想的基础上,初步形成了以义利之辨为理论基础、以民本思想为核心内容、以德法并举为实现途径的较为系统的廉政观。《淮南子》的廉政观对今天的廉政建设仍然具有一定的借鉴价值和现实意义。

Huai Nan Tzu which is aimed to provide theoretical basis for national security with morality and personnel scheduling, is rich in the thought and the content of clean government cultivation. Based on pre-Qin thinkers＇ ideas, a systematic concept of integrity was formed preliminarily in Huai Nan Tzu in which the discrimination of righteousness and interests was taken as the theoretical basis, the people-based thought the core content, and upholding both morality and law the way of realization. The concept of integrity in Huai Nan Tzu has certain reference value and practical significance for the construction of a clean government.
