应用型本科院校教师隐性知识共享意愿的调查分析——以黄山学院为例

摘要 组织的创新离不开员工的知识创新,知识共享越好的员工越能促进创新行为。知识共享受知识共享意愿的影响。对应用型本科院校知识共享意愿进行调查分析,根据分析结果,指出强化知识共享意愿应做到三点,即利用丰富的多媒体技术,形成知识沟通网络;加强教师之间的互动了解,形成良好的信任合作关系;营造教师与教师之间知识共享的互惠文化。 The innovation of organizations depends on the employees' knowledge innovation. The better the employees share knowledge, the better they can promote innovation. Knowledge sharing is affected by knowledge sharing willingness. The paper conducts an investigation and analysis of the teachers' knowledge sharing willingness in application-oriented colleges. Then three development ideas are proposed as follows:using rich multimedia technology to form a knowledge sharing network; strengthening the interaction among the teachers to form a trustworthy partnership; creating a reciprocal culture of knowledge sharing among the teachers.
