注重专业融合建设 培养复合型人才——以黄山职业技术学院茶学、旅游专业为例

Emphasize the Integration of Professional Construction,Cultivate Inter- disciplinary Talents

依据黄山市茶产业结构调整战略,从服务黄山市文化旅游产业着手,注重对黄山职业技术学院茶学专业与旅游专业进行专业融合建设,从课程设置、师资队伍建设、校企合作、多形式办学等方面进行实践探讨,以培养服务于区域经济发展的茶文化旅游人才。在此基础上,从校本教材编写、课题申报、校企合作等方面提出进一步推进人才培养的可行策略。

The paper is based on the tea industry restructuring strategy in Huangshan City, aiming to service the cultural tourism industry in this City. What is more, the paper focuses on the connection and mutual supporting between Tea Science Program and Tourism Program, and does the research and practice on the aspects of curriculum, the organization of the faculty, school-enterprise cooperation, and multi-form education, which aim to cultivate the graduates who can contribute to the regional economic development. In the future study, the author will seek for some possible strategies on the aspects of subject application, school-based teaching materials, and school-enterprise cooperation.
