摘要
大学生村官制度是党中央作出的一项重大战略决策,在推行的过程中各地产生了很多特色做法,但同时大学生村官在身份定位、工资待遇、沟通交流、岗位竞选、退出机制等方面还存在一定问题,"可持续发展问题"日渐显现。基于赫兹伯格双因素理论,可从"保健因素"和"激励因素"两方面着手,在村官制度、工资待遇、保障体系、制度平台、考评机制、期满留任等方面进行改进,促进大学生村官制度可持续发展。
University student village official system is an important strategic decision made by the government. In the implementation process of this system, there are a lot of successful practices with different characteristics. Meanwhile, there are still some problems, such as the identity of the university student village officials in position, salary, communication, post election, exit mechanisms, etc. The sustainability of student village official system is getting more and more attention. This paper adapted the Frederick Herzberg’s two-factor theory, and proceeded from “health factors” and “incentive factors” to improve the “village official system, wages, security system, system platform, evaluation mechanism, stay expires,” etc., thus contributed to the sustainable development of the university student village official system.
