宁波电子商务产业现状与发展策略

A Study on the Present Situation and Developing Strategy of E-commerce in Ningbo

文章就宁波电子商务经济快速发展的现状与优势,分析电子商务产业发展中的大平台、大体系、技术队伍等电子商务发展的瓶颈问题,提出了通过电商运行与管理、电商IT平台与云计算、移动电商、智慧物流与供应、跨境贸易与互联网金融等基础平台与产业体系建设,多部门联动建立产业标准与运行机制,多学科专业复合培养产业技术队伍,推进宁波市电子商务产业可持续发展的策略与建议。

The situation and advantage of Ningbo＇s E-commerce developing are focused on in this article. Meanwhile the choke points of E-commerce developing were analyzed, such as being involved in large platform, large system and team construction difficulty. Therefore, three methods were discussed and suggested for accelerating E-commerce development： strengthening e-business management, constructing e -business and cloud -computing, smart logistical and cross -border trade platform; strengthening department cooperation to establish industrial standards and set up operation system; strengthening integration of courses to cultivate talents with wide knowledge for the industry.
