摘要
通过对宁波顺丰快递公司的调研工作,根据现有快递的操作流程,利用二维码技术对现有的快递单据进行改进,将快递单上的个人信息保存到二维码中,改进的原则为最小程度上改变现有的快递操作流程,使得方案易于在实际中实现,最后派件不再需要手动输入收件人联系方式,简化派件过程,并解决快递单据尺寸大、快递个人信息容易被泄露等问题。
According to research and survey at SF Express in Ningbo and based on the existing operating procedures of express delivery, we try to use the two-dimensional code technology to improve the existing express documents. We put the personal information into the two-dimensional code. The improved principle is to change the existing operational processes to a minimum, making the program easier to achieve in practice. When Couriers send packages, they no longer need to manually enter the telephone numbers. This program can also solve the problems of large size of documents , easily leaking of personal information and other issues.
