摘要 将利益相关者理论引入本科教育质量监控,有助于高校培养更加符合社会发展的人才。文章阐述了利益相关者理论视角下本科教育质量监控的意义与价值,指出教育主管部门、地方政府、高校、用人单位、学生及其家长等利益相关者是本科教育质量监控的主体,分析了各监控主体质量监控指标体系的体现,强调高校在本科教育质量监控方面要主动与各利益相关者协调与合作。 People are highly concerned about the quality of undergraduate education. We applied the stakeholder theory into the field to monitor the quality of undergraduate education to help colleges to train students to meet the social demand. This paper described the significance and value of undergraduate education teaching quality monitoring from the perspective of stakeholder theory. It pointed out that the education authorities, local governments, universities, employers, students and their parents and other stakeholders are the undergraduate education quality monitoring bodies. Meanwhile, it made an analysis of the weighty of assessment indicator of each stakeholder mentioned above in the quality monitoring system. Finally, it emphasized the coordination and cooperation between the university and the various stakeholders.
