摘要 左心室射血分数正常心衰(HFpEF)目前已经成为心衰的主要类型,而且呈不断增加趋势,已引起临床广泛关注。本文简要叙述了HFpEF的流行病学、病理生理学特点,重点评述了急慢性HFpEF的治疗进展,以供基础与临床深入研究参考与借鉴。 More than half of heart failure have a normal fraction（HFpEF）and represents a major challenge in cardiovascular medicine,from which clinical interests emerged.In this review,we briefly outlined the epidemiology,pathophysiology of HFpEF and focused on the management of it in both acute and chronic situation.
