胶质瘤中CXCL12 CXCR4和CXCR7的表达及意义

The expression and significance of CXCL12,CXCR4 and CXCR7 in glioma

目的检测胶质瘤中趋化因子配体12(CXCL12)、趋化生长因子受体4(CXCR4)和趋化生长因子受体7(CXCR7)的表达,探讨三者在不同临床特征中的表达差异。方法选择105例胶质瘤手术后存档的蜡块及临床资料为研究组,另选择80例脑出血术后边缘经病理证实为正常脑组织蜡块为对照组。应用免疫组化方法检测两组中CXCL12、CXCR4和CXCR7的表达。结果研究组中CXCL12、CXCR4和CXCR7的阳性率明显高于对照组,研究组中3种蛋白表达的阳性率与肿瘤的最大径、Ki67表达及分级密切相关。经线性相关分析显示,研究组中CXCL12和CXCR4、CXCL12与CXCR7呈正相关。结论胶质瘤中CXCL12、CXCR4与CXCR7均高表达,CXCL12分别与CXCR4、CXCR7具有协同作用,3种蛋白对肿瘤进展有重要促进作用。

Objective To detect the expressions of CXCL12,CXCR4 and CXCR7 and study their different expression in glioma.Methods The study included 105 glioma as observation group and 80 normal brain tissues（cerebral hemorrhage surgery）as control group.The expressions of CXCL12,CXCR4 and CXCR7 were detected by IHC methods in the two groups.Results The positive rate of CXCL12,CXCR4 and CXCR7 were higher in the observation group than that in the control group.The positive rate of CXCL12,CXCR4 and CXCR7 were correlated with tumor diameter,Ki67 expression and classification.There was positive correlation between CXCL12,CXCR4 and CXCR7 by correlation analysis in the observation group.Conclusion The higher expressions and synergistic effect of CXCL12,CXCR4 and CXCR7 may promote the development in glioma.
