醒脑静注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中意识障碍的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Xingnaojing injection in treatment of acute ischemic stroke with disturbance of consciousness

目的观察醒脑静注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中意识障碍的疗效及安全性。方法将90例患者随机分为两组各45例,对照组常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用醒脑静注射液30ml静脉滴注,1次/d,两组疗程均为14天。结果两组治疗前后格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)差异有显著性(P<0.01),治疗组与同组治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组间疗效比较,治疗组高于对照组。结论醒脑静是治疗脑卒中意识障碍有效而安全的药物。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Xingnaojing injection in treatment of acute ischemic stroke with disturbance of consciousness.Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group received routine treatment and the treatment group based on the use of Xingnaojing injection30 ml intravenous drip,1times/d.Results Glasgow Coma Scale（GCS）before and after treatment in the two groups are significant different（P〈0.01）.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion Xingnaojing injection is effective and safe to treat consciousness disorder.
