摘要
目的探讨全程无缝隙护理在高血压脑出血开颅血肿清除手术患者中的应用价值。方法选取抚宁县人民医院2010年3月~2014年3月收治的高血压脑出血开颅血肿清除手术患者300例,随机分为实验组与对照组各150例。观察组患者采用常规护理模式,对照组患者采用全程无缝隙护理模式。观察并比较两组患者术后并发症及满意度。结果实验组患者术后并发症明显低于对照组,而护理质量满意度明显高于对照组（均P〈0.05）。结论对高血压脑出血开颅血肿清除手术患者实施全程无缝隙护理可以减少术后并发症,提高患者的满意度,有效地较少医疗纠纷,值得在临床中大力推广。
Objective To explore the application value of whole seamless nursing model to the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and hematoma evacuation surgery.Methods 300 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and hematoma evacuation surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The patients of control group were treated with routine care model.The patients of experimental group were treated with whole seamless care model.The postoperative complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe postoperative complications of experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group.The satisfaction of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion The implementation of whole seamless nursing model to the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and hematoma evacuation surgery can reduce postoperative complications and can improve patients＇ satisfaction.Whole seamless nursing model can effectively reduce medical malpractice,and worth to promote in clinical work.
