摘要
目的:观察白番红花球茎提取物对小鼠的急性毒性反应,评价其安全性,为其新药开发和临床安全用药提供理论依据。方法:采用急性毒性实验方法,对小鼠ig不同浓度(88.80、93.86、99.20、104.86、111.00g/kg)的白番红花球茎提取物,观察并记录小鼠的活动和毒性反应;采用改良寇氏法计算白番红花球茎提取物对小鼠ig的半数致死量(LD50)和95%的可信区间。结果:白番红花球茎提取物对小鼠7d内ig的LD50为100.46g/kg,其95%的可信区间为91.42~109.50g/kg。结论:白番红花球茎提取物有较小的毒性,该结果为其药效学实验和临床应用提供了科学依据。
Objective To observe acute toxicity of the Crocus alatavicus Rege] et Sere sativus corms extract in mice, evaluate its safety, provide a theoretical basis for new drug research and clinical safety of medication. Methods To record its activity and toxicity in mice by Acute toxicity test method, The mouse ig with different concentrations (88. 80、 93.86、 99. 20、 104. 86、 111.00g/kg) of Crocus alatavicus Regel et Sern sativus corms extract; Using Karber method modified to calculate Crocus alatavicus Regl et Sere corms extract on mice ig median lethal close (LD^o) and 95% confidence intervals. Results Crocus alatavlcus Regel et Sere satlvus corms extract on mice 7d ig LDs0 is 100. 46g/kg, Its 95% confidence interval 91.42 - 109. 50g/kg. Conclusion Crocus alatavicus Re- gel et Sere sativus corms extract had lower toxicity, It provide a scientific basis for pharrnacodynamie experimental and clinical applications.
