摘要
宝浪油田产出水水质复杂,含铁量高,同时由于合有腐蚀性极强的硫化氢组分,水体腐蚀性强,且污水处理温度低等特点,污水处理后难以达到回注或直接排放标准。为此研究了一种处理高含铁污水的处理工艺。改进后的工艺在25℃、氧化剂125 mg/L时高含铁污水处理后水质指标提高较大,除Fe、除S效果较佳,污水腐蚀性控制较好。采用该工艺通过持续开展污水水质综合治理,宝浪油田注水系统腐蚀速率得到有效控制,沿程水质均达到A3标准。目前仍运行良好。
The produced water from Baolang oilfield is very complex, with high iron-content, bearing with H2S which is very cor- rosive, and the treatment temperature on produced water is low. Therefore, it is very difficult to reach the water quality standard for reinjection of produced water and direct discharge of produced water. To solve this problem, a new technique for treatment of the produced water with high iron content from Baolang Oilfield has been studied. Through treatment with this technique, the water qual- ity has been improved greatly at the temperature of 25 ℃ and oxidizing agent of 125 mg/L, with obvious effects of iron removal and sulfur removal and a better control on corrosion of produced water. By sustainable and comprehensive treatment of produced water with this technique, the corrosion rate of injected water has been controlled effectively in Baolang oilfield, and the water quality has reached A3 standard. This technique has been used up to now with excellent operation result.
