放射医务人员辐射防护现状分析

Study on the current situation of radiation protection for radiology department

目的:分析从事放射性工作中的医务人员辐射防护现状,增强放射医务人员辐射防护意识,完善其职业健康档案管理制度,减少辐射损伤的发生,提高其健康水平。方法:搜集相关文献资料明确研究方向;通过剖析案例了解辐射防护的现状;分析放射医务人员在辐射防护中所存在的问题。结果:我国中西部地区医疗设备落后,医疗卫生资源匮乏,部分地区对医务人员辐射防护培训不到位,放射防护体系不够完善。结论:增强医务人员辐射防护意识、改进医务人员辐射防护方法以及完善医院放射防护体制建设,对医院医务人员能够更好地服务于社会具有深远的现实意义。

Objective： We analyzed the situations of the staff of radiology department, then improved occupational health and archives administration system and enhanced their health level. Methods： Study cases to realize the current situations of radiation protection and discuss the existing problems of radiation protection. Results： The equipments of the medical imaging systems are poor in the central and western regions of China and the lack of radiation protection trainings lead to the insufficiency of radiological protection systems. Conclusion： Enhancing the radiation protection awareness, improving the methods of radiation protection will be offer better service to the society.
