学前特殊儿童难以融入普通幼儿园的原因及对策研究 被引量:5

摘要 学前特殊儿童是学龄前期需要特殊帮助、教育的儿童,狭义上是指在智力、身体、情绪、精神等方面发展有障碍、缺陷的儿童。全纳教育是一种全新的思想,旨在促进社会融合,提倡尽可能地让所有儿童在普通学校接受教育。因此,学前特殊儿童也应该进入普通幼儿园接受教育,为其社会化奠定基础。然而,由于人们存在偏见和歧视,缺少法律保障,幼儿园资金不足,缺乏专业的教师等原因,导致特殊儿童融入普通幼儿园存在困难。为了很好地解决这一问题,可以采取以下几种方法:树立正确的观念、制定法律法规和政策、加大投入、培养全纳型教师。 Preschool special children are children who need special help and education before school age.A narrow sense refers to the children who have obstacle and defect in intelligence, health, emotion, spirit and so on. Inclusive education is a kind of new thought. It means to promote the social integration and advocates letting all children receive education in ordinary schools. Therefore, preschool special children should enter the ordinary kindergartens to receive education, which will lay the foundation for their socialization. However,the reasons of people's prejudice and discrimination, Lack of legal protection, lack of funds of kindergarten,lack of professional teachers and so on lead to special children have difficulties in coming into ordinary kindergartens. In order to well solve the problem, we can take the following several ways: setting up the correct ideas, formulating new laws and regulations and policy, increasing investment, training inclusive type teachers.
