脱细胞真皮基质黏膜组织补片在内外植法鼓膜修补术中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察脱细胞真皮基质黏膜组织补片(ADM)应用于内外植法鼓膜修补术中的疗效。方法以2010年1月至2013年12月大坪医院野战外科研究所耳鼻咽喉头颈外科收治的57例鼓膜紧张部穿孔患者为研究对象,所有患者进行耳内镜下内外植法鼓膜修补手术,术中应用ADM作为鼓膜修补材料,术后随访6个月,观察手术疗效。结果 57例患者中53例鼓膜完全愈合,穿孔愈合率92.98%;语言频率气导平均听阈较术前提高(13.8±3.2)dB HL,其中听阈提高在10dB HL及以上者占82.46%。结论内外植法鼓膜修补术是一种安全、可靠的鼓膜修补方法,应用ADM进行内外植法鼓膜修补术可取得良好的手术疗效。 Objective To investigate the effect of acellular dermal matrix(ADM)in over-under myringoplasty.Methods 57 patients with tympanic membrane perforation in our hospital from Jan.2010 to Dec.2013 were taken as the research subjects.All cases were performed the otoendoscopic over-under myringoplasty with ADM as the tympanic membrane repair material and the postoperative 6-month follow up was conducted for observing the operative effect.Results Among 53 cases,the tympanic membrane was completely healed in 53 cases with the perforation closure rate of 92.98%.The language frequency air conduction average auditory threshold was increased by(13.8±3.2)dB HL than before operation,in which the increase of auditory threshold by 10 dB HL or more accounted for over82.46%.Conclusion Over-under myringoplasty could be a kind of safe and reliable tympanic membrane repair technique,and the application of ADM in over-under myringoplasy could obtain better operative effect.
