Formation and Function of U.S.Fusion Centers System after “9·11” and Its Revelation

"9·11"事件发生后,美国对其反恐体系进行了全面评估和一系列改革,重要举措之一就是组建信息融合中心。运用文献计量结合内容分析的方法,从形成背景和重要意义两个方面分析了美国信息融合中心的现状;然后从信息融合中心的基本结构和运行模式进一步分析了其成功之处;最后提出了在反恐情报和信息共享方面的启示。.

After the ＆quot;9＆#183;11＆quot; terrorist attack, the U. S. has made comprehensive assessment and a series of reforms on its anti-terrorist system, among which one important measure was to establish Fusion Centers. This paper combines bibliometrics and content analysis to demonstrate the general situation of the American Fusion Centers from aspects of background of its establishment and importance. Then it analyses the successful efforts of the Fusion Centers through its fundamental structure and work mode. Lastly, the paper puts forward some useful suggestions and advices on anti-terrorist and information sharing.
