面向技术创新的企业专利水平测度研究

Study on the Technical Innovation-Oriented Measure of Enterprise's Patent Level

全面分析企业专利数据的基础上,从专利数量、专利质量、技术能力和发展能力四个层面构建了面向企业技术创新的专利水平测度评价指标体系。在此基础上,利用模糊推理方法建立了面向企业技术创新能力的专利水平测度算法。通过实证研究验证了该方法的有效性。

After the In-depth study of the enterprise＇s patent data, a technical innovation-oriented evaluation system for the individual en-terprise＇s patent level is established from the view of four aspects：patent amount, patent quality, technical capacity and development com-petence. Based on the evaluation system, a technical innovation-oriented measure of the individual enterprise＇s patent level is proposed and verified by a case study.
