面向创新型湖南建设的跨系统信息协同服务策略

Strategies of Cross-system Collaborative Information Service for Innovative Hunan

创新型湖南建设必然依赖于信息和信息服务的保障,在开放竞争环境中实现信息协同服务需要讲究策略。根据湖南信息协同服务发展现状与创新主体信息需求之间的矛盾,以目标选择和路径选择对面向创新活动的信息协同服务进行重新定位,把握协同服务的三大关键要素,结合实际具体提出构建多层交互协同主体关系、加大信息服务融合、面向用户提供一站式服务、基于交互的可持续信息服务四大实现策略。

The construction of innovative Hunan relies on information and information services. To achieve information collaborative serv-ice goals in an open competitive environment needs to pay attention to strategies. Based on the gap between the status quo of information collaborative service in Hunan and the information needs of innovation bodies, using target selection and path selection to reposition the in-formation collaborative service oriented toward innovation activities, grasping the three key elements of collaborative services, combining with the actual situation, the paper proposed four implementation strategies：construction of multi-body interactive collaborative relation-ship, greater integration of information services, customized one-stop service for users and sustainable information services based on inter-action.
