摘要
蓄电池是UPS系统的核心,若蓄电池的使用得不到正确的使用和维护,UPS就失去了作为备用电源的意义。该文分析了电池过充和深度放电的危害,并设计了电压检测电路和能量均衡电路。电压检测电路实时检测各电池单体的状态,用MCU接收采集电路的电压值。然后,MCU根据得到的信息判断并发出指令驱动均能量均衡电路实现蓄电池组能量和单体电池的能量流动。保证了各电池单体状态的一致性,使之更好的维护电池,提高电池的使用寿命。
Battery is the core of the UPS system,if the use and maintenance of the storage battery is not correctly,UPS will lose the significance as the standby power supply.This paper analyzes the battery over- charge and depth of discharge,and voltage detection circuit and energy balance circuit is designed.Volt- age detection circuit real-time detect the status of each battery monomer with MCU receives acquisition circuit voltage value.Then, the MCU based on the information and give commands to drive energy equal- ization circuit,realize the energy flow between storage battery and battery monomer.This ensures the con- sistency of each battery monomer' state,leading the battery maintenance better,improves the service life of the battery.
