摘要
节能灯中的薄膜电容器在使用上有一些特殊的要求,用来抵抗严酷的应用条件。针对六大电性能要求,该文运用详细的解释和分析,给出了一些有效的对策措施。同时,作者介绍两种基本的薄膜材料和三种薄膜电容器的性能应用对比,以及薄膜电容器的市场趋势和节能灯的绿色制造,元器件试验和整灯应用试验。最后,作者再以薄膜电容器在印度机种上的失效为案例来分析,强调必须一切从实际出发,用理论和试验数据相结合的方法,找到失效的根本原因。
Film capacitors in CFL had some special demands to resist the severe using conditions.In view of these 6 electrical characteristics requirements,this paper used detailed explanations and analysis,and gave out some effective countermeasures At the same time, the writer introduced 2 kinds of basic film ma- terial and 3 kinds of film capacitors' characteristics and applications comparison, film capacitors' market trend,CFL's green manufacture,components test and lamps application test.At last,he used film capacitors failure example in Indian models to analyze,and emphasize that everything should proceed from practical- ity and we should use theory and test data combination way to find out failure root cause.
